14 April 2023 – What’s happening in The Voice Africa  – Update

It’s been 4 weeks since The Voice Africa started airing on SBC1 on Sunday evenings from 7 pm.

Well-known and established African artists: Awilo Logomba, Yemi Alade, Lady Jaydee and Locko have the daunting task of choosing the best talents to join their team and train them to reach their highest potential on the show.

So far, 2 Seychellois have made it past the Blind Auditions, with another 6 to go.

Daniel Samuel Prosper was the first participant to make it past the Blind Auditions on April 2nd. The Seychelles flag kept flying high with one judge turning his seat around for Lyndsay Claire Ravina’s rendition of Celine Dion’s ‘That’s the way it is’ on April 9th.

We’re excited to see the next participants perform and hope they all make it through to the next stage!
