Every day from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm, there is an all-you-can-eat Creole-style buffet boasting over twenty aromatic and flavourful traditional Creole dishes to choose from!

The unique Seychelles Creole Cuisine, which reflects the island’s rich history and diversity, resulted from the fusion of French, African, Indian, Malagasy, and Chinese cuisines. The French influence is evident in the use of butter, cream, and wine, whilst the African contribution can be seen in the use of cassava, plantains, and sweet potatoes. The Indian influence is found in the use of spices such as cinnamon, cumin, and coriander which add depth and complexity to many dishes, whilst the cooking techniques of steaming and stir-frying are a Chinese contribution. 

From a wide variety of local salads and sides, rice dishes, curries, fresh locally sourced fish and seafood as well as delicious desserts, there is something to be enjoyed by everyone.
