Sylvianne Ernesta, creative and talented Pizza Maker with 20 years’ experience. She is passionate about crafting delectable pizzas with an emphasis on taste and presentation. With a background working across various pizzerias in Italy, she gained invaluable experience which led to the opening of a successful family-owned pizzeria in Italy.
Behind the scenes
Dr. Elvina Henriette known as Dr. Elle, runs the business in partnership.
Dr. Elle, being a Conservation Biologist with a love for nature and art, brings in an environmental and artistic aspect to Pizza Love Seychelles. The décor of Pizza Love Seychelles is based on the use of natural and reusable materials such as coconuts, wood, rocks and stones, corals and shells, ropes, colourful plants etc.
Dr. Elle believes in the recognition and maintenance of our Creole identify, promotion of art and culture and most of all a healthy relationship with nature. These values are embedded in the services provided by Pizza Love Seychelles, be it in its delicious food, and décor or customer service.
