The Ocean Fair

The Ocean Fair is an initiative from by the Danny Faure Foundation.  The fair is held annually to celebrate The United Nations World Oceans Day (June 8th)

The Ocean Fair is held under the theme ‘A Sustainable Ocean”

Guarantees community engagement and dialogue with experts and hands-on activities where various NGOs, with a focus on ocean related matters, ocean warriors,  governmental and educations institutions artists and artisans gather to showcase the work they do.

In line with the Danny Faure Foundation’s mission, the ultimate objective of the fair is to sensitise the children, youth and public at large on the importance of a sustainable ocean for a secure and prosperous future.

The fair is free and open to visitors, both locals and tourists and to schools across Seychelles.

Friday 6th June 9:30am till 3pm

Saturday 7th June 9am till 3pm
